How do I
get started?
-
Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Beth to learn more, answer any questions you have and generally assess if the class is a good fit for your child.
-
Yes, you’re in charge, but they’re the ones who have to show up. The idea of sitting down with a stranger and talking about what’s hard for you would intimidate most adults. The same is true for young people. Make sure they want to improve their executive functioning before moving forward. Agency is everything.
-
Once you decide to move forward, Beth will send along links to everything you need to get started: policies, payment information, tech requirements, and a detailed online questionnaire for you to complete so she can get to know your child. You’ll share their interests, strengths, struggles… anything that can help Beth personalize her instructional materials and boost that just-for-them feeling.
